Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hrs notice. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the salon and leave a message 410-885-7040 or email michaeljameshairstudio@gmail.com. All appointments canceled with less than 24 hrs notice will be charged a rate totaling 50% of the services scheduled. Clients who do not make contact and do not come in will be charged 100% of the total scheduled services and re-booking will require a deposit.
